A: All orders are shipped priority mail with the United States Postal Service.
Q: Where is my order coming from?
A: Your order is hand-packed by our employees at Sidehatch Manor in Brighton, MA.
Q: My order was damaged in the mail.
A: Please inform us of any damaged items within 10 days of receipt. We ask that you return the damaged items to us so that we can send you new items in a timely fashion.
Q: Why do I have to use PayPal?
