We are looking for a driven and dedicated individual in the Boston area that understands hard work is an integral part of moving forward in the current music industry. Sidehatch Entertainment Group believes in the betterment of music through hard work and dedicated service to our artists and community. Our program gives individuals invaluable experience marketing and managing artists in a thriving music community. In the past our internship program has been accepted for college credit by the Berklee College of Music, Emerson College and Northeastern University. Tasks that you may be asked to do: Street Team organization and execution, Database management, Blogging, Network building, Getting dirty with our grease-burning tour buses, Alternative and Tour Marketing (both online and street), Graphic Design Have a good time learning in an awesome environment! We are happy to announce the launch of our NEW digital platform here at WICKEDGOODSCENE.COM! This platform adds an exciting new dynamic to the magazine, YOU! We are looking to energize our audience, giving you the tools to comment on and discuss current articles both online and in print. At the end of each month we will publish the best responses in the next issue. So please feel free to browse the articles from our recent Warped Tour issue and let us know what you think! Starting in the Fall of 2007, students enrolled in the Citizen School's 8th Grade Acadamy, one of Citizen Schools many Boston-based after-school programs, spent hours working with local venture capitalists and music executives to develop, market, and distribute a CD. This compilation features an "eclectic" mix of local and national musicians from varying ages, ethnicities, and musical backgrounds. This years collection builds on the successes of last years effort and continues what is sure to become one of Boston's great musical traditions. From Hip-Hop and RnB, to alternative, folk, and funk, General Eclectic Vol. IV ~ The Recipe, is an album that has something for everyone.
